Joanne is one of our Charity Shop Managers looking after our Kids n Kinship shops and Kindness of Strangers shop in Derry city. As a shop manager Joanne is responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering high standards of customer care, merchandising, stock control, and supporting our amazing volunteers.
Joanne is passionate about kinship care and making sure children and families get the support they need. Joanne enjoys the public facing role and fast pace of work involved in charity retail.
Joanne is keen to ensure the shops raise as much money as possible for the charity and in her spare time you will find solving puzzles and looking after her family.

Take on a Challenge

Sign up to do something that will stretch you to your limits. Be that a sporting challenge (like a marathon), a walking or biking challenge or something even more adventurous (a skydive?!). Ask your friends and family to sponsor you in aid of Kinship Care NI.

Hold a Fundraising Event

Organise a fundraising event, like a Coffee Morning or a BBQ and invite all your friends and family.

Leave a Legacy

By remembering Kinship Care NI in your Will, you will be leaving behind a legacy that will make a real difference to children and young people in kinship care. You can also specify how you would like your gift to be used.
