Emma Hagger

Emma is our Business and Operations Manager and is responsible for processes, policies, and procedures. Emma has a degree in Manufacturing Operations Management and has previously worked on food programmes in schools and cross border infrastructure projects, with sustainability a key factor.
Emma has spent over 20 years in the voluntary and community sector working at local, regional, and national levels. Emma is an experienced manager who is currently furthering her knowledge in human resources and the people profession.
Emma started her working life in youth work and is committed to ensuring young people are given the opportunity to reach their potential. When not at work Emma is a keen gardener and cook.

Take on a Challenge

Sign up to do something that will stretch you to your limits. Be that a sporting challenge (like a marathon), a walking or biking challenge or something even more adventurous (a skydive?!). Ask your friends and family to sponsor you in aid of Kinship Care NI.

Hold a Fundraising Event

Organise a fundraising event, like a Coffee Morning or a BBQ and invite all your friends and family.
